Rhythms Dance Studio is a proud part of Saona Dance Company. We want to keep dance culture safe and positive by ensuring everyone feels that they are getting equal opportunity to dance. Our team brings our community together by providing a facility with a fun atmosphere paired with high-level instruction for adults and youth. The diversity in our leadership allows for a diverse community and grants a flexible schedule for everyone.

Our director for Rhythms, Chad continually strives to better himself on and off the dance floor for the studio. He never lets ego stand in the way of continuing his education which helps him stay on the cutting edge of his field of expertise. Chad aims to be a quintessential leader by ensuring the international dance community is a positive experience for everyone.

Monica has been dedicated to Rhythms since the beginning, her invested hours in herself and the studio has helped her become the best dancer she can be. Her emphasis on keeping the studio vibes fun helps our team morale stay high. Monica is a crucial team player, and our studio wouldn't be the same without her.

One of our longest standing coaches, Nella brightens up each Salsa class with her high energy and welcoming personality. Her standard she sets for herself reflects the studio values for our team's continual growth. Practicing what she preaches, Nella ensures she is in peak performance while being a supportive role model within the community.

Melissa Lonsdale
Making sure no stone is left unturned, or person is left behind, Melissa is meticulous when she teaches Kizomba. Her attention to detail added with her patience and kindness ensures that every individual feels welcomed to the studio. Melissa is very welcoming of new dancers, and the Edmonton dance community wouldn't be the same without her.

The coach who introduced Kizomba to Rhythms, Lawrence's passion for the community is what continually grows our community as a whole. Lawrence has been loyal to Kizomba through both the good times and the best times. His eagerness with collaborating with others shows his interest in community growth.
